Wai has eight years of coaching experience and specializes in therapy. He is targeting the needs of urban residents to relieve muscle strain, tendon pain or inflammation caused by life stress. Unlike general massage techniques that can only temporarily relax the muscles, Wai believes that the correct stretching gestures can help treat pain, relax the muscles, and improve the performance of the guests, and it is not easy to strain the muscles.
Wai believes that exercise is not a matter of part of the body, professional training is to improve the whole person’s body and mind. “Fitness should be an overall improvement from the inside to the outside, and the two complement each other.”
